All we do is Bar-Be-Que!

Well,  that would be great,  but actually we also make barbeque tools,  provide barbeque supplies,  write books on barbeque,  and teach barbequeing and blacksmithing techniques.    While there is nothing we would rather do than barbeque all day,  we feel a need to supply those that want to do the same with the equipment and knowledge they need to succeed just as we have.    There is nothing better than to serve up one of the tastiest meals anyone could ask for and we are here to help you do just that.    Whether you want to be the one to deserve all the credit or you just want to have us show up and blow the boots off of your guests with our genuine old-time,  no-holds-barred,  top-class Texas barbeque,  you have come to the right place.

Ted has spent years researching the art of Texas barbeque and loves to see the smile that happens when he lays a plate of the best tasting vittles you've ever tasted in front of you,  or helps you to learn how to master the art yourself.    He earned a degree with top honors in engineering and runs his own engineering service during the week,  Eiserv Electronic Instrument Service,  but would rather spend his time bbqin' more than anything in the world.    He has traveled Texas sampling and learning from the best masters around.    He has studied smokers and built his own version based on centuries of history and experience with cooking over medieval kitchen hearths,  in smokehouses,  and on old-time barbeque pits.    He was dissapointed with the tools available on the modern market,  studied ancient methods of open fire cooking,  and designed or recreated his own cooking and fire tending utensils.    He learned the honorable art of blacksmithing and built his own forge so he could make them.    And he loves to share his knowledge,  his expertise,  his tools,  and his cooking.
