We offer several levels of service from basic serve-yerself buffet or served buffet to full table waiting with specially developed recipes to match your tastes.    Price,  of course depends on the level of service and choice of meats,  sides,  desserts,  drinks,  and extras.    We aren't the lowest bidding BBQ caterer around,  but we're one of the best and we will work with you to meet your budget requirements.    We specialize in serving up excellent quality BBQ at a fair price,  not in trying to beat out the lowest competing price by cutting corners and compromising our quality.    We like getting return business and want to see you smile when we're done.

Our meals are prepared and served fresh,  never frozen and re-heated or prepared days in advance.    We get our ingredients from wholesalers that supply some of the finest restaurants in town.    We use family recipes.    We will even come out and barbeque on site if you want to watch us work.

We cater any sort of event up to 350 persons.    We'll be able to cater larger groups when I get a second smoker built.
