Of particular interest are gents and ladies who have won at BBQ cook-offs, make a living at BBQ in Texas, have family recipes, or regularly BBQ for a specific family, group, town, or county in Texas.    Any information is welcome.    You will receive full credit for any information that is included.

Qualified submitters will receive a copy of the book and all of the free publicity the book can generate.    Not a small payback if yer good!

I'm not expecting you to tell me your deepest, darkest secrets but if you do, you will be the one who is famous for them.

I've spent years researching the fine art of Texas BBQ and I need your input to finish the project.     I'm a successful Pit Master myself and I have published all of my own techniques in the first book,  plus those of many others.

All submissions will receive serious consideration, and I'll try to visit your next BBQ or your restaurant for pictures and personal experience.    Dedicated participants will likely get star billing.

I've spent years traveling Texas sampling the Q at restaurants and events.    Many people have been interviewed,  and I hope to meet and talk to many more.
